14 – Who Keeps My Original Executed Documents?

Who keeps my original executed documents?

It is generally the firm policy to retain the original documents for safekeeping. You will receive copies of your documents electronically via a secure link or other means if you would prefer. They will also be converted to digital copies and stored both on and off site. You will also receive physical copies in the form of an organized binder.  Obviously, if you would prefer to retain the original documents, Haimo Law will at least retain digital copies of them for its records. Should you need them quickly, they would be sent to you in electronic format fairly quickly.
